Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gms paneer cube


  • 3 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 tbsp ginger -garlic


  • 2 tbsp gram masala


  • 1 tbsp redchill kashmiri powder


  • 50 gms amul butter


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 300 gms chopped onion


  • 1/2 tbsp kasturi methi


  • 20 ml amul cream


  • 2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 4 tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • 1-Take Pressure Cooker and Add 4- 5 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 2- Add chopped Green chilli , Cumin seeds, Gralic on heated oil in cooker or pan
  • 3 - Add Chopped Onion in pan , wait till onion color change on redish brown
  • 4-Add 1- spoon Turmeric Powder, 1 - Red Chilli Powder , 2-spoon coriander powder, 2- Spoon Garam Masala and fry till oil start get separed.
  • 5-Add little amount of water , Chopped Tomato and Paneer Cubes put for cooker closed for 5 min
  • 6 - After 5 min Add Cream , Granish with kasturi metti.
  • **At serving time add butter for butterry taste
